Omfg if your not a Christmas noob you should know about those 2 guys who data mined xur every week and they found no source of random number generator (rng), then one guy personally told one of the guys to stop data mining and also told him it was chosen loot every week. Why do you think cozmo or someone said 'gallys for everyone' on a post once and when xur came xur sold no weapon? Because ghorn was removed from his loot table from week 2 and they never added it back, thsts why there was no weapon. They said it was a glitch, yes it was, because ghorn wss not in the loot table when he was supposed to sell it.
Get off your tinfoil hat. Show me your evidence and theirs, no he/said she/said crap. So what if Cosmo said that? The open slot could have easily been from a gun that was literally removed from the game. All you have is speculation. Why would they add it back in if it was removed? That would prove the crazies right and shoot themselves in the foot -- why would Bungie want that?
Besides if those dataminers were real and that good they would've predicted Xur every week, which reflecting back? Oh right, no one did.
Plus if they datamined they could say whatever they wanted. Unless there was proof of anything then there's no verifiable truth. Levels on disc? Sure. There's evidence, but loading cut or unfinished content has been around for years.
In fact, look at Halo. For recent, Souls games have it, too. An entire boss fight actually with moves and sound - not just cut or preloaded texture.
Again pure speculation. It's poor, too because people know it's getting nerfed and there's little content to even use said G-horn on that hasn't already been done.
