Can't be a xbone weapon only because if its on xbone Then it needs to be at Xbox 360 as Well and after the taken king you dont have to upgrade the weapon damage anymore you this is all BS shut up en f*ck yourself
Edit: bungie Has a contract with PlayStation so they can do it!
