That's the easiest part. If you're a Warlock, you're set. If not, just use a void shotgun and a void launcher. Use Atheon's Epilogue or Word of Crota if you have them.

It is. It took me 10 games as a Voidwalker to get that part of the bounty done. Use Nothing Manacles, Obsidian Mind, The Ram or Claws of Ahamkara if you have any of them.

buy/use a void shotgun and just follow other players. When they die, you will most likely be able to finish their job.

Dude i just cant seem to ever be able to get the kills. I just plain and simply suck at pvp lol. Ill keep at it though.

Go on Planet Destiny's channel on Youtube and they have videos on how to do better. Also, you can buy KontrolFreeks which will help your fine aim and accuracy. They're cheap as chips.
