You know, to reach as many of the masses as they can before they change their strategy(at least one can hope this can and is their plan).

Because the contract was up and didn't want to renew it. Bigger fan base for cod on playstation now. Sony/bungie contract is for the life span of destiny pretty sure and they can't break the contract which would mean they also can't change it in anyway.

Activision aren't douches. Doubt they'll keep the PS timed exclusiveness this intolerable for that long man. Plus apparently you aren't getting the main point. The point being "If anything, just give PS fans a week or month in advance on new things so Xbox fans don't have to wait A WHOLE YEAR to get these missing holes in Destiny's storyline." Not too hard and not that radical idea. I'd absolutely love to talk to my PS Destiny fans about EVERYTHING Destiny, even if I were to have to wait a week or month to understand what all they're talking about. Better than waiting A WHOLE FREAKING YEAR.

You aren't missing anything pertaining to the story. And if you wanted to see what your missing then that's what YouTube is for

Dude, I don't even Twitch stream the New DLCs before they're released. Keeps the game exciting when I make a first playthrough.
