No One Cares If You're A Day One "Vet"
Literally no one. It means nothing. It's a title. Get over yourself and stop thinking you deserve things more than other people.
(I'm a day one player and it means nothing to me.)
Edit: You're not entitled to free items just because you bought the game before other people. So stop making petitions galore for them. Grow up.
Edit 2: By year 1 I mean "vets" as they call themselves. Also known as the people who think they're entitled to free stuff.
Edit 3: Most Year 1 Guardians don't know how to read edits.
Edit 4: They're still figuring out how to read, maybe one day.
Edit 5: Nearly 400 replies of pure salt. I feel like the Dead Sea.
Edit 6: Nearing 500 replies. Titans had to put up a new wall around the Dead Sea to contain all the salt water.
Edit 7: At 700 replies the Dead Sea salt levels are beginning to drop. Several life forms with the inability to read have been found in the Sea. The Titans have decreased the amount of control on the Sea.
Edit 8: 800 replies and Guardians still haven't read the tags. What a sad time it is.
Edit 9: At 950 replies the salt is beginning to corrupt the hearts of those who reply. Some keep the light strong in themselves and are able to resist it. However, others have fallen victim to it. Those who have fallen now search for anything to try and be correct. The Titans have now put the city on lockdown. More information later on.
Edit 10: This post has been necrobump'd. The Salt has nearly taken control over everyone, fight back, Guardians.

And da -blam!- does anyone care? I don't see any of year 1 veterans bitching about how they should get free stuff because they're day one. I don't care if you happen to actually be a year 2 kinder guardian, nobody really cares when you started playing. I was a Christmas noob but I was still able to catch on.

Broad terms like Noone everyone everybody etc. Are used to create a sense of power. Here's what year 1 or day 1 vet means to me. Can u run a relic? Ya I'm day 1 . Can u patiently grind the same content for zero reward and still have fun? Ya I'm day 1 Can u grasp basic jumping.? Ya I'm day 1 Can you manage your playtime well? Duh I'm day 1 The list goes on and on with things new players will come to understand but currently dont. For ex I've heard recently I just need to get this gun... I'm like (9 months wait on ghally) u don't need it . Just play the game. But I need it . Brah..they literally nerf and or devalue guns each patch or expansion.you don't NEED it. But... Unfriend...check. I didn't actually read your post . Cause salt is high in sodium. I'll take a team of 3 vets in raid over 20 newbs.and probably complete fast short handed. FREEDOM FRYSSSS!

2 RepliesI agree just because we are year one we should not get free items. Now i read a few of the op's edits and all you other day 1 players need to shut up. I know some year two players that are more of a "vet" than you and me and in fact i am pretty bad. We already got the veterans tour quest and I don't think it will be fair if year one players get a special gun. I mean we all got to know the true power of the ghorn what more do you greedy bastards want?
