Have you fapped so hard your penis fell off?
I have this problem at least 3 times a day when i fap, its so annoying. I used scotch tape and staples and it still falls off.

Have you tried super glue? I used to have the same problem until i started super gluing it back on. Now i only have to it 1.3 times a day.
