Ehh! You must be joking about the perks...
Those are the same perks of the messenger. I dont know how youre getting better perks than that? If your trying to get head seeker and secret round, forget it, thouse are perks exclusive to the praedyths timepeace. They are in the same tree. I been grinding for 3 weeks and no pilgrim, so spare change it is for me!

I have the messenger. Even with similar rolls the HP feels stronger. The 100% stability on the HP is the most stable I've ever felt on a weapon this powerful in this game. 2 burst kills. Insanely steady. Even if the player gets away after the first burst, he's running around with such low health your probably waiting for a assist to pop up on your screen. I am very happy with my roll. Though I would like to get another HP to roll braced frame, and hidden hand. Amazing weapon though, hope it drops for you soon
