Everyone listen! He's giving his opinion!
Seriously, I've never seen so many people so butthurt about $20. You're going to get dozens if not hundreds of hours of gameplay for $40. I'd love to have you tell me how $40 can be better spent (besides fallout 4, which is going to rock).

Edited by JasperGTR: 8/11/2015 5:04:54 PMYou have, you just may have noticed it before. Look at the breakdown of taxes in a given municipality towards schools/fire dept/police/etc... This sometimes changes amounts of less than $20 per person, per year, yet draws major attention when it comes time for voting season. Because when you put that $20-40 together with millions of other people it totals a big number. You saw it when there were laws being discussed about raising minimum wage a few cents, then again later when certain states raised to over $10 (which for some, was less than $1/hr/person). So many times have you seen it (or you aren't living on this planet, or just not interested in taxes/finances/money/etc...).

This isn't taxes. It's a company selling a product/service, and they have the right to charge whatever they want. If you don't want to pay taxes then tough poop. If ou don't want to buy TTK, don't. But this is not a major issue, and you're acting like a self important diva. Get over yourself. Man up and pay the 40 or don't, but don't act like you're Martin Luther King because you think an unreleased product that you're going to play for a hundred hours isn't worth an extra $20.

Not sure if you intended to direct your post towards mine, but I simply offered that there has been quite a lot of times where perhaps an apparent small amount of money ($20-40) can cause a big reaction. Could you please reference my post where I stated anything about what a privately owned company can or cannot charge for a product they design, produce, and release? Or whether anyone should or shouldn't buy it?
