It says I have 76 ghosts and when I look at the tracker it says I have them all.

It looks like you're missing one ghost. There is a bug currently that is preventing 3rd party sites, and Bungie.net from recognizing a certain ghost. Have you picked up this ghost? http://youtu.be/_jBriwwBpEI
