It's called LAG and if it isn't lag you just suck at the game overall deal with it you dumbass and don't cry about it! Conclusion if there is no LAG- You missed you second and third shot (If you have shot package also that makes it a lot easier to miss if your not aiming at the right place) and if he is on fair connection he could (or you could) have a small amount of lag Glitch- A glitch is like a wall breach not lagging in a game of crucible!
