If the error still persists, you’ll have to re-install the PS4 system software. Go to Settings, then to Initialization, and choose Initialize PS4. Be sure to back up your data before doing this.

Yes I am I said I did that "Complete re initialization" that is a complete wipe and reinstall of the whole PS4 This is all I ever hear is just a re write of what I've said I've already done Anything else?
