We need better story and player controlled weapon choices. We don't need a barber, no ones guardians hair grows. If you don't like the choices you made when you created your guardian, delete and start over.

It's not about being dissatisfied with your original choices, it's about wanting to change things up. Any any other game where you can do initial customization to you character, you almost always have the option to make aesthetic changes later on. Also, who's gonna delete their character that they put all of that hard work into just because they're bored with their hair? That's an asinine suggestion.

That's not what I said. I said I wanted a barber for customization purposes. What I didn't say was that I didn't want other improvements elsewhere, but that's not what this thread is about. There's plenty of things I'd love to see in this game that aren't barbers that would add to the gameplay and functionality, but that doesn't mean I, and everyone else in agreement with me, don't want fun little things that allow us to add our personal spice to the game such as changing our hairstyles. They can bring big changes WITH little ones that are just for fun. You act like we don't care about the big stuff, but we do, we just also want some added extras for the fun and flavor factor. There's nothing wrong with that.

I don't see any point in disgusting, hideous, completely unfashionable footwear such as Crocs, but they're still selling. Yes, we're both allowed to share our opinions, so I'm not faulting you for you opinion. My issue is that instead of just saying 'no. It seems pointless,' you just shut the idea down completely and started listing other things that could be improved as if most of us don't already know that. We can have both major fixes and minor additions. We don't need to cut out customization just because the story is funky as hell and the crucible RNG is the most consistently non-random random number generator in the game.
