Customisation should have been part of the game from the beginning. Either Bungie or Activision were be lazy, or just plain stupid.
There is not enough character customisation in this game, nor is there customisation for Armour, and maybe weapons. I would like to see a place where we can change the look of our armour and how the perks work, such as, I favour Scout and Shotgun, so I would like to change my Armour Perks to have Scout and Shotgun on them. Also I favour Auto with a Sniper, so my Armour should reflect upon this. Shaders for my Armour is not enough for me, I want more options.
And I am not happy with the Gunsmiths ability to change my Perks, the randomisation is worse than loot you receive from the game. Not good enough.
Yes, I ask too much, but am I right in this. Need more customisation, full stop.

I take it you are happy that your Guardian looks the same as everyone else, and come to think of it has the same name as everyone else. Need and want are two different things, indeed. But you will find in this case more people will need then want more customisation. I for one do.

Again you do not need it you want it because you want to be a snowflake in something that does not really matter at all. It is a game not life and death if you look different than anyone else or have a different name or not. There is no real need for it other than for people who think but truly only want not need to be unique in a video game that was meant for entrainment and not to be take as serious as some are doing. And no would not matter if it looked the exact same as anyone else. I do not misplace any emotions or feelings on video game characters ever. they are not an extension of me by any means and never will be. I grew up and played in the age of zero customization in games in looks and did fine with it.

Sounds like you need to play more, as you are far too serious. Or failing that stop playing altogether. Customisation is fun, it is creative, it also adds immersion to the game. Being unique is also part of gameplay, such as your character and your play style. Variety is the spice of life, people need to be different, and it is also the case in gaming. It is not called an Avatar for nothing, it is a representative of yourself. Are you really happy being the same as everyone else. Boring. I am not. Need and want. I need to be different, you do not need to be, so therefore you are happy wanting to be the same as everyone else...

Actually I am not taking the game serious at all, and still no it does not need a barber you do not need every possible customization ever thought up just because you want it. It is a game nothing more, not important if you are unique at all or different from other players. players who think it is are taking the game to serious and trying to put too much emotional attachment on their game toons. People do not need to be different, they want to be there is a difference. It is not an avatar this is not a mmo, it is a fps character that you use to play the game with, nothing more. It is by no means a representative of me by any sort and never will be. If you think it is in some way you are taking the game way to serious. You do not need, you want.. there is nothing that is needed in games ever to be different, it is only ever wants. you are not ever going to be unique or different then other players to the point you will feel special for it will never happen in this game.

Everyone has their own opinion, you got yours and I got mine, and then there is the rest of the community. Because you say want, that is what you want. Because I say need, it is what I need to make my character unique. And we all know this will never happen, but it does not change the fact, to make my character unique to me, and to others, need is the question here, and not want. So. You play the game you want and be happy with it, whilst I be left alone to dream up ways that will make my character unique with needs. My own personal opinion, my needs for my game, for my character and for what I paid for.

You do not need, you want, no matter how much you try and claim it is a need it is want and that is all it ever will be. Wants are not ever needs in games ever. Does not matter you paid they do not ever have to let you do what you want ever just because you want just because you paid for the game.

Even though I mentioned it is my own personal opinion you still had to have a last say. Well, sorry, my opinion is my own, and I do not care what Bungie say, or even you. If I do not have my own opinion, then I am just a clone. Of which I am not. Right or wrong, I have an opinion, want or need it is mine to make. And I have made it.

Your opinion is not fact, it is a want and not a need and that is a fact. for there is nothing needed to be added to the game in truth, only wanted by those who want the game to be how they expect and want it to play. wants are not ever really needs, especially when it comes to things like video games which are not life and death matters. You are just a clone to bungie and always will be.

You are right, I am a clone, and that is why I am happy with all my characters looking the same as everyone else. I am a clone to Bungie, because that is how they made it. And I really have to be happy with it, don't I. Good news... I am not happy with the way I look, I am not happy being a clone by Bungies standards, but I am happy with the game (to most extent). Need and want. No one cares anymore. This thread has gone on long enough. I am sick of it, and I am sick of you. Go about your business people, nothing to see here any more.

Tough you are sick of me or this thread. Do you think I have to care that you are sick of me or this thread? here is a clue... I dont. and you will never have the level of customization in this game you want ever. you will never have full control over every aspect of the game such as how the weapons look or work or how your character looks and works to fit your desires and wants. they will not ever allow it for players would make OP classes and setups by choosing the best possible perks for weapons and armor and that is not really what this game was about. It was learning to make do with what you had and making choices of what you wanted to what you were given. It was not ever about being entitled to have the toon be exactly how you wanted, in looks and performance. nor do they ever have to let you have that either. for it is a want and not a need.
