Inactivity is a big issue at the moment and reporting the player is the best plan of action.

1 ReplyHello, In the report feature, you can report someone for inactivity. Open up your inventory, tab to left to get to game lobby, click on the users name and click report. Bungie has been issuing temporary restrictions for inactivity. Your reports will help.
