Aren't they actually bones of Dire Ahamkara?
And why is there an object from Crota's realm on its right knee?
-
I believe it also matches the spine of a young ahamkara gauntlets. However I can't be sure right now as I'm unable to access the game and I'm on the mobile app which isn't very helpful when it comes to going between forums and grimoire/characters.

Its just bungie being lazy.
-
Lol first they stole blink now they steal our helmets and they claim to be the best class.
-
Skull of Dire Ahamkara Bone Circlet Young Ahamkara's Spine Parts from those three make up the Bones of Eao, with the Tireless Striders as a base model. (Minus the Tears on the side) Eao is a named Ahamkara. Like the dragons of yore.

Better question. http://s875.photobucket.com/user/MRcool2035/media/MoonlightButterflyset_zps7a12e584.png.html Huh?
-
It looks like a hunter aerial kneed a warlock in the face and his skull of dire ahamkara got stuck to his legs lol thats how i imagine it coming into existence
-
Hunters stunk so much they had to give them warlock gear to (slightly) improve the hunter race...
-
Edited by ScaldyParrot: 8/9/2015 12:40:59 AMThey have akamara spine on the leg and Dire skull on the knee and warlock crota bond on the other knee Lol we c u bungie
-

But the front of the helm still remains on my knee... And became somthing new..." ~ Eao, legendary Huntertitan He also said: "My right knee meet a god slayer once...This is what's left..." ~Eao to Eris, the last

I believe that they are from baby Ahamkaras. Like the lore said , hunters could only kill baby Ahamkaras by themselves. The adult ones were left to the Warlocks because of how sophisticated they were. And hunters have bones from adult Ahamkaras because they helped Warlocks with hunting
-
Good job pointing that out, had never realized that until now

WHO GIVES A SHIT

whats wrong with having an amkara skull on the knee and some spine thingy on the other? its ONE species of animal i would expect for them to have the same or similar bone structure
-
All "bones" named gear and I think gear that references bones (such as skull, spine, etc) are from those dragons.
-
Yea they are from the family of ahamkara armour
-
What does EAO mean. Is it a person? A creature? An acronym?
-
Really lazy. They just took all the armor pieces with bones on them and threw them onto the boots.
-
They ran out of ideas.
-
It has the Crotas end bond on right leg, skull of dire amkara or whatever on left knee and spine on left leg
-
Yeah, the bone ring on the right leg looks exactly like the warlock bone circlet. Also, I think that all of the bones in destiny look the same, except the ram

Edited by John6Max4: 8/9/2015 12:13:54 AMBecause:
recycled content
Just look at the Sunbreaker Titans! These things truly deserve the name Unremarkable Bones. Though the old descriptions does say 'surely the warlocks cling to these old fossils for a reason'..... You could interpret that as the hunters taking Ahamakara skulls and using them as exotics or you could interpret that as Ahamakara bones in general
-
They're all pieces of ahamkara bones
-
Edited by cows: 8/8/2015 11:30:39 PMI imagine Eao was the name of a specific Ahamkara, or maybe he was the Dire Ahamkara, but shrug.
-
Edited by CaptxnChaos: 8/8/2015 11:27:23 PMThe Vanguard forces us Warlocks to let the Hunters have some of the things from our mismatched bin in our spoils of war pile. I think they are going to make the Titans give them some stuff too, you know, make the Hunters feel apart of the team.

Reused Bone Circlet..
