[b]Mirph and Jack ride to meet the man who sent the mysterious message. Murph spaces out back to his memories again. The buggers came further into the base, a seemingly endless stream. Murph shot again and again, missing. Finally, one shot landed, right in one's skull, killing it. Murph jumped, dropping the rifle, happy he killed something hostile, but sad he killed something. After a few seconds of shaking, he picked up the rifle again. While shooting, he heard a noise from behind him. The bugger was towering to a normal human up close, so he backed away in fear. He blindfired a few rounds at it, simply bouncing off and making it more angry. Before he knew it, his leg was gone, and the creature was dragging him off.[/b] [b]Murph is brought back to reality when his watch beeps, meaning they've arrived.[/b] [b]He hops out of the buggy and looks around.[/b]
