If you believe you are level 34 you are going to be on here Sept 15th raging. Go equip all blues and you will find that you are indeed level 20. If you look at your character to the left is your level and the right is the light level. Light levels will be eliminated so you will be level 20 as you currently are. I hope that clarified the issue.
