It's the recoil on some high rof ones. The recoil bounces the gun up and back. So there's like a quarter second pause you have to take for the bullet and sight to line up. Super annoying and why I stopped using the "AR" scout rifles

Yeah I only use the high impact ones and their rof is so low the second shot almost always lines up. Sorry bud the struggle is real for scout rifles :/
