I have a problem with Ghost hunting. I have collected all dead ghosts since HoW release. Now I'm noticing on destinghosthunter.net and destinytracker.net that I am missing 1 in the reef (Ghost Fragment: Reef 3) is missing.

Thanks for the info! I looked into the matter and there's certainly something afoot with that card. Fear not, this is something we'll fix on our end and not a mistake on your part.
