That guy doesn't work for Bungie. That's speculation. And I am willing to gamble that he is wrong. Everyone, actual level wise, are 20s. If you tossed all rare armor on, you'd be a 20.
They are removing light levels. So where would those extra 14 levels come from. Granted, I've done enough XP wise to BE a 40 probably.

Ultimately we'll see it when ttk hits. I wouldn't mind if it would set us back to lvl 20 but I hope we stay at 34, just that we can run the raid nearly immediately :D

Being that it's Bungie, we are definitely going back to 20 lol. Makes the grind more real.

Like how VoG was. I believe it came out a few weeks after release I will never forget the mad rush to hit 26 so my clan could raid the day it released. Those were the really fun days in the wild.

Our base XP level is 20 so when they remove light level from armor we will go back to 20
