Is Bungie banning legitimate players?

On July 30th, 2015 11:16pm. My friend (A Kinky Wolf) and I were playing Iron Banner. We then received an error code "Weasel." We were sent back to the main menu of Destiny, once we logged back in we discovered that we were banned from the Crucible. Where was the explanation to this ban? I truly believe this was an unjust ban because we can honestly say that we do not cheat. Picture this scenario... If we are losing a match in Iron Banner, Trials of Osiris, Skirmish, whatever it may be. We will not back out of the match under any circumstance because it must be acknowledged so we try to do better next time even if we fail again. I have had Destiny ever since week two of its release, I don't want to miss out on Iron Banner this weekend, I don't want to miss out on the Destiny community. Please reply with honest comments/ feedback. Really need help in this situation.

 • What's funny is that I am temporarily restricted from going into Crucible matches. Still...it is a ban because, like any other gamer who received this, would still have to wait till it is lifted. Now that I think about it, I may have been banned for having crappy connection. Still, having a bad connection should not mean you get restricted. Those who are guilty by association is not fair as well, you never know who really are the cheaters and who aren't. I will stand to prove my point (check my games). Thank you for all those who helped, I guess I will just have to wait till it is lifted. All those who chose to sit behind a screen and laugh at me and others... -chuckles-
