I'm a carer, used to look after a lad with cerebral palsy. He couldn't use his arms, so has a mouth guard made with a rod built in to press keys on a keyboard. He completed just about every pc game possible. (used the Base of his wrist on a mouse for control) There's also a lad that does drifting with no arms. He drifts better than I can! He even customised his harness so he can get himself out of s car on fire etc if needed in under 10 odd seconds as per the rule book.
