If you see Red bar.....
Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.

I heard when you report for bad connection you are less likely to be matched up with that red bar person again. So, when everyone's on green butt that one person. You bet Ima report that guardian for bad connection so I don't have to deal with their red bar shenanigans & throw in cheating for good measure

Ugh I moved and my Internet is halved in quality and ISPs are like drug dealers splitting up turf. I'm yellow bar most games now it's the worst.

Yes you can report people for bad connection without it being cheating it's a warning to others but it's something they can't control

Idk? It's kind of hard to tell if it's actually them. I know my internet is good I get like 250 down and I'm also wired, but sometimes I'll red bar also. This game is just laggy in itself.

I really don't understand how Destiny arranges match making etc. I've been in matches where all 12 connections are reported as red. I've been in a fireteam confirmed low ping high bandwidth. I suspect people from far away lands are in the mix.

If you have bad internet stay out pvp. You know your connection is trash and your probably lagging out. Hope all of you go along with the cheaters. You are in violation by not maintaining a certain internet connection for a reason.

The majority of time I'm always green. I've had a couple red bar moments that only lasted 40.seconds or so. If I notice I'm red for most of a match I'll leave when it's over. Point is, reporting every red bar is ineffective. It could be poor matchmaking, or just a blip. I agree if someone is consistently in the red, and they still continue. Then maybe hit them with a bad connection report. There are those of us who watch our connection, and take steps to not hinder other players.
