I don't agree with being an a-hole to someone based on who they are, if they went crazy and said a bunch of crap just based on them being girls that is wrong. However playing a competitive game ,whether it is a video game or a sport, adrenaline flows and you get pumped and a lot of people talk trash and stuff. I am always joking and ribbing people I play with. Should I not make a stupid wiener joke or something just because there are girls in the game? Should I not give them a little trash talk or just screw with them a bit because they are girls? Try to say something to maybe get in their head and make them mess up because they are girls? Everyone wants to be treated equally, yet that sounds like special treatment to me. You shouldn't have to restrict yourself or go out of your way just because there is someone different involved, whether it's gender or ethnicity. I would never be hateful or mean to anyone based on gender or ethnicity, nor will I give them special treatment by censoring myself to protect them. Anyone who plays is fair game for some trash talk and jokes regardless. People are people and unless you give me reason to be an a-hole, I won't be.

  • Exactly. Female gamers hetting trash talked like the guys IS equality. Anything else is making females special snowflakes who must be treated different, aka NOT EQUAL, to men.
