If you truly want to improve the community, first, [b]listen[/b] to what the female gamers are saying. Don't take it as an insult or a personal attack. Learn from their experiences. Try to empathize. Reflect on your own behavior and whether or not you have, inadvertently or not, contributed to making an unwelcoming environment. Commit to improving your own behavior and confront negative behavior when appropriate.
