Okay but what about all male clans you don't get mad at them! It is better to be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt. You are a fool

Those male clans you are talking about are not getting praise by bungie for one and for two they don't have the original OP of this topic saying women are being sexist to them. Had this been a topic about an all male group that made sure to exclude all women and the OP posted what he did I would of responded the same way but with men. Your right about being a fool, maybe you should go back and reexamine who is the fool.
-
Because the males are not facing sexism.
-
And they are not being praised by bungie either.
-
They are being praised because they are creating a safe place for girls in the community.
-
So you can't have a safe place for women without excluding all males?
-
Yes, that's the tumblr position in a nutshell.
-
Don't do tumbler so ya got me stumped....
-
If the world was a perfect place then yes that would work but there are sickos that would join and thus make it a not safe place. I just want a community where we don't have to make clans to make people feel safe
-
It would be ideal yes and yes it's very far from the truth. But let's say they found those types of guys who aren't creeps, assholes, ego maniacal, perverted, etc etc etc... but they are perfect matches for the dames and there philosophy. The test is would they be excluded still? Why exclude someone who is exactly perfect for you just because he has a penis? Your silly rules, wouldn't those rules be called sexist? I'm sure the dames themselves even know guys who would fit the bill now but they don't have them in the clan, now who knows for what other reasons besides the one main one.... They are not girls.
-
I'm all for them doing that. I don't think it will happen any time soon though
-
Until that point I will think it's a sexist clan then. Not saying it's a bad clan for what they stand for but the implementation of the ideals made it sexist.
-
I respect your opinion and hope that one day they won't have to make a clan to feel safe
-
I'll agree with you completely on those points lol. The same to your opinion too.

How to make a safe place: 1st Realize that trouble makers are the ones making trouble. 2nd Exclude trouble makers How to not make a safe place: 1st Realize that most the trouble makers you've seen share an unchanged-able and un-related to the problem at hand characteristic. 2nd Fail to realize that this happens because most people you see in general share that characteristic. 3rd Fail to realize that many that share that characteristic are not trouble makers. 4th Exclude those who share that characteristic.
