"Start around the base. We're surrounded by a lot of tall trees somewhat like a jungle canopy, so who knows what could be out there. This could be some creatures migratory home for all we know. I know I heard some noises on my way here from the east. That would be where I'd start." "I'd come with you, but I'm busy trying to get the defenses in the base back online."

"Alright I'll start around the base then work my way out."

[b]He nods and teleports above a tree outside of the base.[/b]

*You see expanses of wilderness, but you can see a peculiar structure to the east, almost resembling a large sinkhole.*

[b]He makes his way over there but stays above ground to be safe. [/b]

[b]He teleports lower down the tree and stabs his sword into still keeping height but being able to see it.[/b]

*You see a large beetle like creature, nearly the size of an elephant, it has a significantly long torso that looks oval shaped. You see it target a smaller animal that resembles a deer. It bites off the creature's leg, then closes the wound with some sort of white silk. It puts the prey on its back and crawls deeper into the sinkhole."

[b]He observes the creature in shock[/b] "What the hell?" [b]Radio:[/b] "Murph we definitely have some creatures here."

"Creatures? What kind?"

[b]Radio:[/b]"Elephant sized beetles" [b]He jumps down to the ground.[/b]

"That's not exactly good. Their silk is poisonous, and I've seen them assault bases just like ours before, just to drag people back to their nests. I was one of those people." "Come on back, we'll think of a plan to deal with them."

[b]Radio:[/b]"Does fire affect them at all? If so because I'm a demon I control fire and I could just burn the entire nest."

"It effects them, but if you attempted to burn the entire nest, they'd likely catch on and use their silk to put it out. I suggest we don't make them mad just yet."
