*as the rescue team and their important target ascend the elevator it comes to a stop, they're trapped*

We could climb *a loud metallic snap is heard*

"Alright"

That was the cable we have to hurry before the emergency brakes fail

[b]she punches a hole in the top of the elevator, climbs on top of it and reaches down to help you up[/b]

Cody drops his rifle and reaches a hand up. "Can I get some help?" He smiles a toothy grin, but it is cut short by coughing up blood.

[b]she helps him up[/b]

He cringes as he is being hoisted up. Blood starts dripping from his head wound. He shivers and is pale, cold to the touch. "Thanks." He smiles.

"We need to climb up hold onto me I'll carry you"

Cody looks up, shaking his head. "Fine..." He puts his arm around you and holds tight.

[b]she digs her arms into the wall and starts climbing[/b]

Cody holds tight, coughing away from you. His vision is blurring but, he remains strong.

"Hang in there Cody" [b]reaches the top[/b]

Cody climbs out of your arms and lays on the ground for a bit, breathing hard. He begins to stir. Cody reaches for his boot pistol and pulls the hammer back on it. Cody slowly gets up.

"Can you walk?"

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine...." He rests against the elevator shaft and throws up nothing but blood.

"I'm carrying you" [b]slings you over her shoulders and runs to the LZ[/b]

[spoiler]Don't carry him. This is how Imma kill him off.[/spoiler] Cody stands there for a bit and looks up.

"You alright?"

He coughs a few times before answering. "Just let me catch my breath."

"Alright"

"He's not in good shape is he?"
-
"No he isn't"
