Last night was worse than normal but I've noticed thigns being bad in PvE all week too to the point you can just sit and watch connection bars bounce around. Last night in a match both teams went red for a bit and everyone seemed to teleport than suddenly it was back to normal, then i landed in a match with no people and the enemy taking over the points. That one was odd as the game said everyone had a green connection. I got out of there fast as it was too Twilight Zone for me lol
