If you stay in Skywatch, you'll get HoW events and Warsat events.
I'm sorry, but it's a grind like anything else. :(

Don't do it this way. That will take FOREVER. That public event only spawns every 20-25 minutes. Moving around the Cosmodrome doing multiple events is much faster.

No, Pack Of Wolves don't count. Public events will spawn at the same time AS a Pack Of Wolves. Most likely. I re commend doing Skywatch since those spawn the fastest.
