You've done the Vault of Glass raid multiple times this week on your Hunter already and you only get drops from the first time you complete it. Also DestinyStatus.com shows that you have completed it this week on Hard mode.

Yes I had been in there multiple times, but this was the first time I killed Aetheon this week.
