I wouldn't say I dislike it but, having played the first and third I couldn't "feel" them. All just seemed too floaty and the guns lacked impact. As a result I never really got into the story.i do think halo is massively overrated, but technically they are great games. Just not for me.

  • It can be overrated at times, yeah. I love Halo but I'm not a blind fanboy who thinks they're flawless games. I know a couple people that don't like the low-impact weapons, but technically it's just low-impact against the shields. Weapons do a lot of damage when shields are down. Right, the game can feel quite slow at times, and when you jump you're airborne for some time. Halo's not for everyone, but hey, you tried it. :]

  • Yeah it's just the feel. To be clear, I don't mean low impact as in slow to kill, I just mean there isn't anything visceral in the feeling. You don't actually feel like you're connecting with anything.
