Of course I can understand your trouble.
But unfortunately the seller is not in charge of the customs requirements, it's the the buyer :(
Please check the customs regulations and restrictions for your country (I think shirts shouldn't be restricted anywhere ^^).
If your lucky, you maybe just have to pay the shipping costs again.
