Simple question. If TTK turns out to be overhyped will you leave?
EDIT: Why would I leave if TTK is a disappointment? Because this is the last chance and last straw. I've given bungie to many chances, and too much money. This DLC is gonna be the most expensive and if I get an overhyped Piece of horse shit again then I'm done.
To be honest though, bungie has Greatly improved the game since the TDB disaster. So I highly doubt they'll ruin this DLC.

I see no reason why I would not like it

All the people who bitch about the game are the people who put the most hours in. I friggin love this game!!! People say to me "stop throwing money at the screen you blind fool" and I'm just like well I get enjoyment out of it so I'm not wasting my money
-
Just waiting out till fallout 4
-
Yes. Last chance
-
High hopes here But I will move on if they -blam!- this up 3 strikes is enough
-
Destiny 2 will be out soon enough.
-
Even if it's a big success people will still complain.
-
It won't fail, at least not for the die hard fans. But the people that are looking for weaknesses to criticize, well we already know what will happen there.
-
I'm staying until it dies even if all my friends leave
-
Mayhem mayhem mayhem.
-
They can't leave there traped here like you and I
-
Are we still drinking this kool-aid!? Majority probably expect it to fail already

Edited by Clipsel: 7/25/2015 1:53:02 PMI'll stay around in these forums in the vain hope that Bungie announce that they have resumed control of the Halo series and anything post Halo 3 was bad fan fiction.

I'll be playing other new games coming out equally as much but Bungie has until Destiny 2 for me. Gives a first game worth of feedback and we can see what they can bring to the table without their "last gen" excuse.
-
Yes I ain't buying an expansion that should be around £20 not £40, plus the last 2 expansions were just crap the story was short and it didn't add anything new that made it long most of my friends were done with how with in a week. I got galla a few weeks back yet I still can't be bothered to play it as much I haven't even finished the story for the main game crota but I did how odd that isn't it.
-
Well, I won't exactly leave, as I have a clan that I absolutely love, but I will drastically cut back my play time and play a lot of other games so I can clear out some room for Fallout 4. I'm trying to not get too excited about TTK, I don't want it to be a disappointment.

TTK is bungies last shot with this game. Anyone playing after that is akin to the morons who bought Dreamcast and still claimed it was good while every developer pulled support for its flaws. I have faith this will be good, and am taking a break for that fact, dont want to burn myself out and be cynical. I love this game, but with the amount of hours I have it will be hard to keep going if it is a disappointment.

Did anyone notice that the Taken King will make the Gunsmith more useful?
-
Good chance but it would have to not only fail but also not even be remotely fun.
-
Define fails
-
TTK is the last expansion, to leave Destiny means to not buy it. I still don't know, really, will wait and see after some days of launch
-
I'll wait for the reviews
-
There are a lot of games coming out this year, if taken king doesn't hold my attention or give me a reason to play my time will be spent elsewhere until Bungie releases more content once I've done all taken king offers. Still looking forward to it though.

Definitely. Also discovered just now after trying to post a clan suggestion post that Dungie censors posts in these forums like Communist pigs. Never trust and destroy all who censor. Always let your voice be heard!

Depends on what you define as a failure
