I've been playing on Xbox One since launch, and it is my main account. That said... I got a Hawkmoon within 3 weeks of getting a PS4(friend got 4th Horseman same PoE run) and then got another Hawkmoon about a month ago on a nightfall. Doesn't seem any more rare than any other exotic. Just saiyan. For any Xbox players wondering what it's like, I'd say it handles like a cross between Thorn and The Last Word. Headshots are key.
