You can obtain this by finding a thing called "vex eraser" You get this by completing a bounty that you find in your postmaster from a unknown person. (Some steps are to beat atheon on hard 3 times, destroy 1000 vex hobgoblins, so on)You use this on the strangers rifle and it turn to the exotic. The perks are:
this weapon can be fired in full auto mode.
Extended range, more stability, Better respond speed.
Exotic perk: Bane of the vex: does more damage to all vex, Does more damage to all oracles.
(This perk is on the side under where it would say void damage) Rewind: missing a shot has a chance to send it back to the magazine

Edited by Khan the Reaper: 7/24/2015 6:57:20 AMAs awesome as an exotic strangers rifle sounds, I'm not that big of a fan of the exotic perk. My reasoning is that it's too restrictive to pve. I'd say it should get a ability that relates to the stranger, something involving time. Exotic perk:Pendulum- Kills speed up the fire rate of this weapon. Chance to reverse the effect of death if you trade a kill with this weapon. Probably an op perk but I thought I'd be interesting.
