It sucks that you haven't gotten Hawkmoon. I've gotten 4 of them, being less excited with each subsequent one and dismantling the 4th(and still feeling bad about). Yes, Xboxer's will start getting them through everything you listed. But, Xur will also be able to sell it then, which is possible I think, and you can finally get one. And sadly, it's all because your luck stinks, and this games reward system is utterly, utterly dogshit.
