Where are you looking up your grimoire cards at? When I look at your profile through the bungie.net website, it looks like you have all of those Warlock related cards unlocked and all exotic weapon cards actually available (can't get Fate of All Fools yet).
If you are using the mobile app, try clearing the apps cache and updating the content database:

yeah thanks. now the only one I'm missing that I shouldn't have missing is the house of wolves

House of Wolves card usually unlocks when watching the first cut scene in the reef, but it was bugged at launch. There was a patch earlier this year [edit: earlier this year, not week] that added starting the next Venus story mission as an unlock condition for that card.

When I look at your grimoire, you have Fallen > House of Wolves unlocked.

Looks like you don't need to run that mission again. The card is unlocked from where I can see.
