Pretty good, I'd say have more effects, but I can see your reasoning as to why you don't have many in this vid.
I'd be happy to look at a render or two of your upcoming montage, if you'd like. I'm definitely not the best editor, but I feel like I'm experienced enough to provide some useful feedback. PM me if you want to send me a render.

Thanks heaps for the offer man, if you had have offered that a week or two ago I would have absolutely said yes. problem is them that I have already almost finished my next montage, and I've put about 15 hours into editing it (I only spent about 10 mins on this one haha). So it's kinda at the point now where I feel like I might as well make 100% something that I did. The editing still isn't amazing, but for what I'm working with, I am very happy with how it's coming along. I wouldn't even say this one is edited tbh, they are just clips with music in the background
