I am having an issue with the Grimoire card Ghost Fragment: Ghosts. This is because the dead Ghost on Venus that unlocks this card does not appear on any of my three characters. I am not sure if I picked up the ghost in the past, but nonetheless the ghost no longer appears and the card is not unlocked.

Thank you for the help. Your guide to the particular dead Ghost in question was spot on. Perhaps the guide I was following was incorrectly label. Issue resolved.
