TTK Hoodless Hunter Cloaks and Exotic Class Items

So I had a couple thoughts: Why do all the Hunter cloaks, other then the initial cloak, have hoods that are permanently up over the helmet? And: Why is there a lack of exotic class items? Now, I understand what you are probably thinking but hear me out. I am not asking for an option to remove the hood on all cloaks. I can imagine what kind of work that would entail, having to go through and script that onto every single possible cloak in the game, and I do not wish that kind of hell on any of the developers. What I am asking for, rather, is to simply add a handful of cloaks into the dark below that lack a hood or maybe (if you want to try it, I wouldn't personally) provide the option to wear it up or down. Furthermore, you could possibly add a cloak that, instead of a hood, has a flat topped, wide brimmed hat. Kind of like what the villain would wear in an old western. Just leave the cloak a solid colour, make it look like it's covered in dust, and there; You now have the perfect cloak to accentuate Phobos's aesthetic atmosphere. Now this next part might sound a little crazy, and I'm sure you get requests for this kind of thing a lot, make it an Exotic. Bear with me once more. I get that an Exotic Class Item would mean that you cannot wear another Exotic Armour Piece, and at face value that would mean you get one less armour perk then normal. How about, though, you just give that extra armour perk to the class item. That would open up a whole new field of possibility. Being able to make more varied Exotics in an entirely new class of armour that already exists. You could do so much with that kind of ability. Imagine a warlock bond that provides an aesthetic aura about your character, or a Titan Mark that looks like an ammunition bandolier or the aforementioned Hunter cloak with a wide brimmed hat. You could create all of these and not only would they look stunning but they would also provide a practical benifit. Furthermore it will provide more customization to the player. I personally find that I am drawn to the feeling that I always need one possible Exotic Armour piece. I just feel incomplete without one, however much I love the look of the legendarys I have equipped. With this players will feel as though they are complete with all their favourite legendary gear. Now this posts length has run well over what I had originally intended. I just want to say thank you for your time, both that spent reading this post and refining the game. I really like what you have done with it. Notice I didn't include any suggestions as to what the class items should do, that's because after seeing what has been done I trust you, Bungie, with knowing what is and isn't possible as far as balancing goes. I really hope you take this post into consideration and maybe sometime in the future my Hunter can climb out of a Hive dungeon into the black and orange landscape of Phobos and glance out towards the horizon from under the brim of his dusty old hat.
