Yeah that bothered me too. I need to know because I haven't gotten a straight answer out of anyone. I know there's a achievement where you go the whole game without shooting humans but is it on the Xbox one? I got all the way to the part where they burn down part of the metro but problem was when I was about to save Anna 5 guys would pop out as soon as I went into the cutscene and they would kill me :\ I was basically force to shoot them I couldn't find a way around it
