If you have been playing Trials of Osiris before unlocking the Elimination card, the grimoire has been accumulating points from those 'round win tiers' in the background. The grimoire score in game has been counting those points, but the points haven't shown in some other spots (like destinytracker.com) because the main card was still locked.
If you already had 100 round wins before unlocking the Elimination card, the grimoire in game would only go up by 5.
Looking at the cards you're missing on destinytracker, they total up to 45 points for xbox available ones. So 3575 plus those 45 would put you at the current xbox max of 3620.

I understand this. I am missing 15 grimoire for round tiers for elimination. Do I have to complete those round tiers again in regular elimination to get those points??

You have the points for the Elimination card tiers already. Those points were already getting added to your grimoire from the Trials of Osiris games. You just couldn't see the tiers until the Elimination card was unlocked. You're at 3575 grimoire score. Xbox maximum is 3620, and you're still missing 45 points worth of cards that are currently available to xbox players. 5 from pulse rifles 15 from sidearms 15 from Val Aru'un 5 from Patrols Introductions 5 from Public Events Introductions
