Wolfpack Rounds will still track and seek Targets, as such as long as your hitting an isolated boss with it (most of the time) it will still be notably superior to Hunger unless the hit is by over 85%.
Just like Thunderlord is notably superior against giant mobs or single target.
This is about allowing Thunderlord and Gjallarhorn to share the spotlight they were meant to share while opening the door to players who want a more consistently used slot (players who want a non-boss burner but a tool to cut through mobs more efficiently without spending precious Heavy geared to certain playstyles, loadouts, and situational needs. Like the MIDA or 4th Horseman for example.)
