QBB cannot replace BH, their damage roles are too different. BH is quick burst chunk damage while QBB is sustained drawn out damage.

89 rounds is pretty insane. Waiting for Icebreaker to reload then twist black hammer is a lot more time consuming. I do say in this video that this can't perma-stun a boss, so this weapon can't replace the BH for that.
