Xbox 360 preorder exclusives don't transfer to the one?
I have both the blacksmith armor shader and the sparrow that I got under the preorder exclusives at gamestop when I ordered for my 360 and now that I've upgraded to a Xbox one I still have them in my inventory but it is telling me it requires a purchase in order to use it. Can I get these unlocked again or am I SOL?

1 ReplyHello! Unfortunately codes and exclusives are tied to the specific console they were entered, or bought on. If you want to use the blacksmith code you will need another code :)

Hi, Unfortunately pre-order items don't transfer this includes the red sparrow, shaders, and Collector’s Edition exclusive codes since they are platform specific. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233
