A slight cooldown after a blink (like you fell from high, the cursor takes a nosedive when you land). Blink itself isnt that bad, but you only need a tiny bit of lag for it to be OP. Like people shotgunning you, before they even re appeared. Thats bs. Shotguns were fine as they were, its just blink shotgunning makes them unbearable. If you can keep your distance from a shotgun, it doesnt pose a threat, but blink allows to close the gap too quickly. So these shotgun nerfs will make them ONLY viable in combination with blink.
