Lightning grenade kill you if you stand in the radius too. May I add even if the grenade DIDN'T direct hit you, you can die to its aftermath (aftershock or burn, it's the same).
Some grenades are 1 shot with direct hit on you. Some grenades are weaker.
Direct 1 hit like Fusion, tripmine.. I only managed to survive cuz I was wearing The Ram.
