Every Hand Cannon is being affected by the nerf. Hence why they gave Hawkmoon 2 extra bullets to compensate; so they don't inadvertently buff the LITC proc rate.
Hand Cannons are going to be useless.... Think of them as the new Auto Rifles. They are putting an entire class of weapons into the ground thanks to 2 exotics. SIGH.
