I understand scrubs that burned rounds for cheap kills was annoying but they should've just changed it to luck in the chamber and then people could've had a hawkmoon esque sniper.
Now it's utterly useless for all the glimmer and motes to get that perk for pvp.
I used it as intended by the way. As a multiple enemy engagement tool.
I think luck in the chamber would've removed the cheap kill abuse.

Changing the perk on a weapon when it's name clearly indicates otherwise would cause a MASSIVE uproar that's even worse than the bitches complaining now.

...or just reroll your sniper for more PvP-heavy perks. It isn't hard to get a headshot. It's such a stupid idea to waste ammo for one guaranteed kill. It's so pointless to get one guaranteed kill with one bullet, than to get several kills with a whole magazine.

That final round meant I could take out a second or third enemy that rushed me with blink shottie after I headshot their teammates. Anyway, I can't reroll my LDR because its before HoW. While I have a million other snipers like her benevolence, subtle nudge, and low grade humility. All with the perks I like.. Unflinching, hidden hand, snapshot with a short gaze. The thing is I don't want to be forced to use the newer snipers to utilize the two perks that were initially on them. My LDR was a god tier random drop before rerolling was possible and that's why I like it. It was a final round, unflinching, armor piercing in the days of wall bangs or snapshot. Now... It's just shit. I fear this is bungies real ulterior motive. To just get you to trash your old weapons and not look back at their history of perks that made them fun to use. Next thing you know they'll remove the damage upgrades and smugly say sorry you just have to get the next good sniper. It's a slippery slope.
